Kızlar bebeğim emzirirken sağ göğüs değil ama sol göğüste acı yaşıyorum bayağı göğüs ucu kremi de kullanıyorum başka bir öneriniz var mı

Sıcak su ve sabun ile masaj yapın , sık sık emzirme ile geçti benim mastit . Her iki göğsümde de vardı, resmen azap çekiyordum .

Benim 10 gün kadar sürdü , emzirirken sırtımı ter basar , içim titrer ,göğüs ucum kesiliyormus gibi Ağrı olurdu . Emzirmek istemezdim . Çok şükür geçti
